YOGA for KIDS

Just last Saturday, Cheska had her 1st Yoga class, thanks to mommy Benilyn Formoso for this class and to another mommy friend who told me about this class. Yoga is not new to her as she had attended a Yoga-themed birthday party last year and she really liked it. I've been meaning to enroll her again to a Yoga class when I learned that they're offering a class for her age but due to financial constraint, that remains to be a "dream in waiting"(lol).

This yoga class for kids is only 100php per session starts at 10am. I asked her if she likes it, she said yes and she's been counting on the days again for the next session/class.

and when I asked her what gifts she would like to receive on her birthday from her friends, she said another tea collection set for her collections.=)

Ah! How time flies so fast...it's seem like yesterday I had a baby in my arms..look how that baby turned into..a Little Lady! I love you so much Maria Francesca! You're the best thing that ever happened to me and daddy! Happy Birthday!

For the past few weeks, I've been feeling a little off. There's time that I almost wanna give up. I wanted to cry but tears won't fall. I thought that if I can cry it out, things would be better after but they just keep on coming and tears won't still fall. Does that makes me strong after all? or maybe my lacrimal gland won't really just produce tears(lol).
But you know what makes me sad and triggers my lacrimal gland to produce some tears to roll down my cheeks? I would say that would be my daughter. Ah, motherhood has really become me. It's so hard for a mother to see her kid or just by mere fact of thinking that she might not be able to reach her potential and achieved whatever it is she's destined to be specially if you know that she has what it gets to be that SOMEBODY someday.
This I come to realized that I have no right to be feeling this way. Giving up is not an option. Fighting and moving forward are the only choice I will only consider if I want the best for my Cheska. If  the only person that cares and loves her so much will give up, what will happen to her?
From  now on I will always bear in my mind, that GIVING UP to my daily life's struggles means GIVING UP ON HER and of course that won't do. So I must work on improving myself and focus only to those that matters to me most. Trials and tribulations are always there and therefore I must always be ready to face them.

HELLO CHRISTMAS!

Today we went to SM City Cebu to meet with our dear friend and it's undeniably Christmas is just around the corner. For almost 2 months, we haven't visited the place and upon seeing the decorations and bright lights all over the mall brought out the child in me and of course nothing beats the feeling of a mother seeing her child smile and happy with all that's happening around her.

 The day before yesterday, we saw this sofa/couch already and she immediately asked me to take picture of her,unfortunately my trusted-turned-not-so-trusted cam was not with me that time.
